Unauthorized Use: You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping: Items will be shipped out within 24-48 hours of purchase using the shipping service selected at checkout. Shipping on items is fully insured and tracked worldwide. Do not ask to understate item values for shipping; this will not happen.
Returns and Refunds: Returns are allowed on items purchased within 14 days of receipt of goods. These will be required to be sent back to us fully tracked and signed at the risk and cost of the buyer. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent out, unopened and unboxed. Upon their safe return, items will be fully refunded onto the original payment method, excluding the original postage amount paid by us to send the items.
Cancellations: You can cancel an order at any point up until the order has been shipped. Cancellations come with a full refund. If we have already shipped your item, please refer to the 'Returns and Refunds' section above.
Delayed Orders: If an order is delayed in dispatch, you have the right to cancel at any point up until shipping has occurred. If an item is delayed beyond a reasonable time frame in shipping itself, we will work on your behalf to seek compensation from the shipping company and pass this on to you should we be successful in the appeal. No compensation is guaranteed in these instances.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will we, our affiliates, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms or its policies relating to the Service at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of these Terms on the website. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
